Consultant- National Fadama III Mid Term Progression in Income, Production and Sustainability Evaluation (2011): Design of instruments of data collection, training of Enumerators and Supervisors and coordination of field data collection. Collected secondary data, code and analyzed data and wrote report.
2. Consultant- Zonal Technical Officer (UNDP supported-South South zone), Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) 2011-2013: Responsibilities include coordinating technical project proposal writing, peer learning, technical backstopping for 18 Technical Assistants. Liaison between States, Local Government and the Federal Government of Nigeria on the Implementation of MDGs in 18 Local Government Areas across 6 States. Analysis of capacity gaps, and training of Technical Assistants and Government functionaries.
3. Socio-economist, European Union Micro-projects Programme in Nine Niger Delta States (MPP9) (September 2010- September, 2011): Responsibilities include: Planning & coordinating socioeconomic research issues, community mobilisation processes by the civil society organizations; providing technical support for the development of gender sensitive media campaigns; coordinated communities, Local Governemnt Authorities & CSOs training involving water and sanitation, health education and community orientate approaches to project development.
4. Consultant, National Food Reserve Agency Commercial Agriculture Production Sites Survey (2010): Conducted a survey of potential commercial farming production sites in the three senatorial districts of AkwaIbom State. Collected secondary data from agricultural institutions –ADP, Ministry of Agriculture, etc. Analyzed the data, wrote and submitted study report.
5. Consultant, Baseline Survey World Bank/Federal Government of Nigeria Fadama III project 2009-2010: Trained field data collectors, coordinated data collection, analysed data and prepare report.

Zonal Programme Mentor (South Eastern Nigeria) European Union INSIDE(Increasing Non-State Actors Implementation & Development Expertise) (May-October, 2009): Responsibilities include: Baseline survey of civil societies, evaluation of the CSOs, organization and facilitation of training workshops, mentoring of CSOs; liaising with government, donor agencies, and the private sector; setting up and managing zonal office/personnel and making monthly report to the Programme Management Unit.
7. Rural Sociologist/Social Anthropologist (May 2003 to April, 2008): European Union Micro projects Programme in Six States of the Niger Delta. Project Number 7 ACP UNI 059 Extensive experience in community based project development. Coordinate participatory planning and management of project by partners- MPP6 (Donor), CSOs, communities and Local Government Councils in Six Niger Delta States. Coordinate Programme (MPP6) relationship with Local and State Governments in Abia, AkwaIbom, Cross River, Edo, Imo and Ondo States. Designed the Micro Project Cycle for MPP6 including monitoring and evaluation instruments. Trained programme staff on PRA/PLA, RRA, community engagement, monitoring and evaluation. Conducted operation researches and case studies. Developed, trained staff on Conflict Sensitive Approach to Projects Development (CSAPD). Anchor pilot CSAPD projects as well as Micro Irrigation Projects to dry season vegetable farmers. Conducted monitoring and evaluation of projects across the programme area. Participated in preparing annual Programme Estimates. Anchor all conflict management and programme-governments/community relationships
8. Rural Sociologist(May – June 2007): USAID/Chemonics International Inc. Feasibility Study for Mini Dairy Plant in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja   (A joint project of USAID/Markets and Raw Materials Research Institute). Led agro economic component in a multi-disciplinary team to conduct Feasibility Studies for the establishment of  Mini-Dairy in the Nigerian Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. Conducted value chain analysis for dairy products, demand and market size analyses.
9. Agro Economist: Citizen’s International/New Nigerian Foundation/ AkwaIbom State Government Cassava Competitiveness Project (2002-2003): Mobilize communities to participate in the programme. Carry out market (both local and global markets) for cassava and cassava products. Jointly authored the Feasibility Report.
10. Team Member, Local Economic Empowerment and Development Strategy (LEEDS), Etinan Local Government Area, AkwaIbom State (Marc – October, 2007): Conducted  needs assessment of rural communities and documented same in the LEEDS document. Consulted Local Government Officials, politicians, traditional chiefs, women and other leaders to obtain their inputs into the community development document. Also was the Secretary of the LEEDS Drafting Sub –Committee.
11. Social Impact Assessment Expert (June – October 2004) ExxonMobil Gas Re injection Project:  Led a team of EIA experts to collect quantitative and qualitative data on potential impact of proposed gas re injection project. Analysed the data and wrote report.  Also organized stakeholders’ workshop to review EIA report.
12. Rural Development Expert /Researcher/Field Coordinator (2002) Gender and Economic Reforms in Africa (GERA - Ghana): Collected, analysed data and prepared report on the impact of Multinational Corporations on the Livelihoods of women in the Niger Delta. This project involved the preparation of data collection instrumentand collating data using both sociological and inferential statistical methods. Community mapping was performed using one-meter pan –sharpened multispectral image. A comprehensive report of the study was also written.
13. Socioeconomic (October- December 1995): UNIUYO Consult Environmental Impact Assessment of Ekeya Okobo Rehabilitation Centre. Prepared data collection instrument, held consultation with stakeholders and conducted a survey on the impact of the proposed Rehabilitation Centre on the socio and economic lives of the people, particularly their livelihoods. Analysed the data and wrote the report.
